Zde organizoval ve\u0161ker\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 eventov\u00e9 akce, staral se 3 roky o catering stadionu Sparta Praha, p\u0159ipravoval catering v&nbsp;Ryt\u00ed\u0159sk\u00e9m pal\u00e1ci pro spole\u010dnost \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e se za\u010dal v\u011bnovat aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed str\u00e1vil 7 let u p\u0159edn\u00edho poskytovatele z\u00e1vodn\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed republice v&nbsp;GTH Catering, kde se staral nap\u0159\u00edklad o z\u00e1vodn\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159itelny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017enost z\u00faro\u010dit sv\u00e9 dosavadn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti v&nbsp;pohostinstv\u00ed ho vedla k&nbsp;rozhodnut\u00ed, \u017ee \u0161koln\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b zapot\u0159eb\u00ed \u201epopostr\u010dit\u201c a d\u00e1t mu lehce nov\u00fd sm\u011br tak, aby d\u011bti mohly pozn\u00e1vat r\u016fznorod\u00e9 chut\u011b j\u00eddel, aby m\u011bly mo\u017enost poznat jak zach\u00e1zet se surovinami, \u017ee i zdrav\u00e1 j\u00eddla jsou chutn\u00e1 a i neobvykl\u00e9 kombinace surovin mohou p\u0159ekvapit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem v&nbsp;j\u00eddeln\u011b spolupracuje \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159em&nbsp;<strong>V\u00e1clavem \u0160merdou<\/strong>. Je dr\u017eitelem n\u011bkolika zlat\u00fdch, st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00fdch i bronzov\u00fdch medail\u00ed v&nbsp;mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch kucha\u0159sk\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed. Vlastn\u00ed titul Kucha\u0159 roku Junior a Kucha\u0159 roku Senior. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed jeho vyznamen\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed \u0158\u00e1d ryt\u00ed\u0159e francouzsk\u00e9 gastronomie a \u0159\u00e1d Dobromily Rettigov\u00e9. V\u00e1clav \u0160merda poch\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;rodiny, kde se kucha\u0159sk\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed d\u011bd\u00ed ji\u017e 3 generaci. Jeho otec, mimo jin\u00e9 sv\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011bchy va\u0159il pro \u010desk\u00e9 prezidenty a jin\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 osobnosti. V\u00e1clav \u0160merda sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti nabral v&nbsp;pra\u017esk\u00fdch hotelech jako hotel F\u00f3rum nebo Corinthia Towers, d\u00e1le pracoval u&nbsp;p\u0159edn\u00edch \u010desk\u00fdch poskytovatel\u016f z\u00e1vodn\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed Sodexo \u2013&nbsp;jako \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 v&nbsp;r\u00e1diu Svobodn\u00e1 Evropa a GTH Catering, kde zast\u00e1val pozici executive chef.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam se sezn\u00e1mil s\u00a0Martinem, nav\u00e1zali p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed nejen na profesn\u00ed \u00farovni. N\u00e1sledn\u011b nastoupil do spole\u010dnosti GHT catering, kde va\u0159il jako z\u00e1stupce \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159e v&nbsp;budov\u011b \u010cesk\u00e9 televize. D\u00e1le pracoval jako \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 pro z\u00e1vodn\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159itelny. Roman je p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd mlad\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd svou rodinu vede ke sportu a zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b. Spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;jeho kucha\u0159sk\u00fdm nad\u00e1n\u00edm to byl jeden z&nbsp;hlavn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d je jsme ho p\u0159ijali do na\u0161eho t\u00fdmu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm zam\u011bstnancem v&nbsp;j\u00eddeln\u011b je Pan&nbsp;<strong>Pavel Navara<\/strong>, kter\u00fd je profes\u00ed \u0159ezn\u00edk, nicm\u00e9n\u011b s&nbsp;chut\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed a v\u0161emo\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdch prac\u00ed v&nbsp;kuchyni. Pavel za\u010dal pracovat v&nbsp;P\u00edsnici u Prahy, kde se nau\u010dil jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b bourat a porcovat maso. Sv\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti nabral nejen v&nbsp;j\u00eddeln\u00e1ch, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00eddelna \u010cesk\u00e9 televize, \u010di j\u00eddelna farmaceutick\u00e9 firmy Zentiva. V minulosti pracoval takt\u00e9\u017e pro spole\u010dnost Sodexo. Hanka je nesm\u00edrn\u011b \u0161ikovn\u00e1 kucha\u0159ka, kter\u00e1 zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159ipravovat sva\u010diny, sal\u00e1ty, dresingy a p\u0159\u00edlohy, kter\u00e9 pak va\u0161e d\u011bti opravdu s&nbsp;chut\u00ed konzumuj\u00ed. Mimo to takt\u00e9\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 i s&nbsp;va\u0159en\u00edm tepl\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b. Hanka v&nbsp;minulosti pracovala pro cateringovou spole\u010dnost Maxim catering, kde nabrala sv\u00e9 bohat\u00e9 zku\u0161enost, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee z\u00faro\u010dit pr\u00e1v\u011b v&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u011b. Takt\u00e9\u017e pracovala pro spole\u010dnost Sodexo. Hanka m\u00e1 3 kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 velice r\u00e1dy pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159i ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00fdch pomaz\u00e1nek, co si pro na\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddelnu sama vym\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Pan\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>Zuzana Pol\u00edvkov\u00e1<\/strong>&nbsp;je dal\u0161\u00edm \u010dlenem t\u00fdmu. Je to \u017eena, kterou pot\u0159ebuje ka\u017ed\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b, od v\u0161eho um\u00ed trochu a v\u0161em dok\u00e1\u017ee pomoci. Star\u00e1 se, aby se kuchyni udr\u017eovali hygienick\u00e9 normy, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdmi pracemi v&nbsp;kuchyni. Zuzana je velice pracovit\u00e1 a \u0161ikovn\u00e1, sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti nabrala u rozli\u010dn\u00fdch men\u0161\u00edch soukrom\u00fdch poskytovatel\u016f pohostinsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, kde se nau\u010dila t\u011bm spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jsou v&nbsp;modern\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed kuchyni naprosto nezbytn\u00e9. Svou mnohdy a\u017e punti\u010dk\u00e1\u0159skou touhu po dokonal\u00e9 \u010distot\u011b praktikuje i doma na sv\u00e9m synovi a man\u017eelovi &#8211; p\u0159ejeme jim pevn\u00e9 nervy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanka a Zuzana s&nbsp;\u00fasm\u011bvem ka\u017ed\u00fd den vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed j\u00eddla d\u011btem, jejich p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fd a v\u0161em n\u00e1pomocn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci opravdu v\u0161ichni oce\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Zat\u00edm posledn\u00edm zam\u011bstnancem j\u00eddelny je pan\u00ed <strong>Monika Moris\u00e1kov\u00e1<\/strong>, pomocn\u00e1 kucha\u0159ka a hlavn\u011b cukr\u00e1\u0159ka. Sv\u016fj profesn\u00ed \u017eivot za\u010d\u00ednala v&nbsp;rodinn\u00e9 restauraci v&nbsp;Pomez\u00ed nad Oh\u0159\u00ed a v&nbsp;minulosti m\u011bla i sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed bistro s&nbsp;kav\u00e1rnou. Monika r\u00e1da pe\u010de nejen pro sv\u00e9 dv\u011b dcery a man\u017eela, ale i pro v\u0161echny d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 chod\u00ed do na\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddelny. V\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee na\u0161e pr\u00e1ce je pro n\u00e1s i kon\u00ed\u010dkem a v\u0161e co se k&nbsp;v\u00e1m od n\u00e1s dostane na st\u016fl je odrazem toho, \u017ee svou pr\u00e1ci vykon\u00e1v\u00e1me sv\u011bdomit\u011b, zodpov\u011bdn\u011b, bereme j\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u011b ale i s&nbsp;humorem.
